In my second LD where I was more aware, I had a false awakening. RCs proved to me I was dreaming and I proceeded to stabilize myself by yelling out to the dreamworld that I was dreaming. It helped. I think affirming anything helps. Saying very clearly things like 'I am dreaming.' 'I am lucid' 'I am in control'. |

I think you probably just need to stabilize. My best way is to rub my kness and the ground which works better than my hands for me. Tasting, smeling, feeling, hearing and seeing things all help stabilize you and keep you in the dream. If there is anything edible around eat it and if you really need to lick a wall or something. |
