      Hey! :) Exciting News

      Well last night, i viewed the lucid dream videos at this URL. Lucid Dreaming Subliminal Video a couple people said it worked for them so i decided to try it. I went to bed and i remember a dream i had about hockey, and i knew i was dreaming so i made it lucid, i believe. When i became lucid my body felt extremely weird. Is this supposed to happen the first time you lucid? I also think i got extremely excited and couldn't lucid anymore.

      I've been trying those the past few nights. Nothing. But also my sleeping hasn't been ideal. I've been sick and stuff.

      Anyways, those videos seemed to have good results from others.

      You should try stabilizing. And I do think getting overexcited can make it hard to keep on with the LD.
