      Close, again.

Well bruvs, its been awhile but i am back. Last night i attempted my first wild. i slept 5:30 minutes and then i woke up, used the bathroom and got some tea. I Laid down and listened to some ambient noise in the background of my house. i started to zone in and out of the ambient noise. i felt like there was pressure in my ears and my feet were tingley but i got excited i think. So whats your advice?/Opinion.

Hey welcome back ( I think I remember you from a topic of some sort)! I'm returning back as well (hopefully for good this time, seeing as i returned here many o' times)! I would assume you are attempting the WILD or WBTB correct? I think you were close, but you must ignore the sensations you feel so you can reach SP. I did and I reached SP yesterday, for some reason fell asleep just before my body got heavy(or fell asleep). Try to focus on things like the ambient noise, but resist moving too much and if you move (or you're a person afraid to swallow) then don't worry (feel free to do it) just keep you're mind off that and focus. keep up the work and im sure you will achieve lucidity! good luck! I hope that helped!
