      How to get back into lucid dreaming?

      Well I haven't written in my dj for about a month. I was just having afi- endlessly she said and gave up. I do have the occasional lucid dream but how can I get back in the swing of things. I need motivation.

      Watch Inception to get you pumped... write down various dream goals/fantasies... Read other users dj's to get you excited over all the fun THEY are having this will make you want to do it even more..
      Goals:
      Consistently for two weeks recall at least one dream per night [ ]

      set some goals, visualize those goals, think about those goals, do reality checks when reminded of those goals, and just in generall do some reading on the tutorials maybe and Stephen La Berges work and even look at tutorials on youtube. also look into grandfathered DJ's those may have some interesting posts.
