i would love to dream about my girlfriend, and i want to possibly dream with her and meet up in dreams. im worried that she will distract me from becoming lucid. do you guys have trouble with that? |

I've had someone make me lose lucidity, but only once. I would suggest to keep whispering under your breath, "this is a dream" and keep using powers you don't normally have. Instead of walking down the street, summon a ferrari or something that you wouldn't normally have, and make it fly or something. Just keep reminding yourself that this is a dream and keep doing RCs. |

if you're talking about shared dreaming, introduce her to the idea become luicid then pull her into lucidity by summoning her then letting her know you're dreaming. then have some fun. if im totally wrong, sorry. |

The easiest way to dream about anything in particular is to visualize that place/person/thing while in deep relaxation before sleep. Visualize your girlfriend doing something... walking on the beach... skiing .. whatever. Visualization and dreaming both occur in the secondary visual cortices of your occipital lobe. Consequently, imagining is the cousin of dreaming. |

Does anybody know if people have dreamed the same dream at the same time and wake up and report it to each other to find that they recall the same experience??? |

Yes, that is called a shared dream. It is controversial, but many people here believe in it. As anything a little strange though, there are skeptics. Look in the beyond dreaming section. That's where all the discussion about things like that would be. |
