I had my second lucid this morning after a WBTB. The method I used to induce was Rhythmic Napping. It didn't work as planned, but I had a lucid none the less. |

Sadly today's attempt was foiled by an early morning request by my sister, but I still have high hopes for tonight's attempt. |

How do you use the timer? What's its purpose exactly? Sounds interesting, and I'd like to learn more. |

The intended use of the timer is to completely fall asleep before the timer goes off. You don't have to do any concentration or anything like that. The idea is, that as the timer repeatedly wakes you up, you get closer to an awake-asleep barrier where it is easy to enter sleep paralysis, then enter a lucid dream. |

I was in such a deep sleep last night, that after I WBTB, I didn't even wake up for the timer. |

I was almost doing this in math class today; I kept nodding off, and each time I would wake up to the teacher talking after a few seconds. Probablly a good thing, though. |

DreamChaser I appreciate the Reality Check reminder in your signature |

Try a simple alarm clock app, set it to be really loud but only go off for a couple seconds, set several alarms to only go off "once".. That's how it works on my android.. |

Goals:
Consistently for two weeks recall at least one dream per night [ ]
Currently doing my 25minutes of reading for my WBTB - going to give the Saltcube timer a try! Love a new project.. |
