      Question Need help?

      I need help going over into dream land.When im really tired i can imagine what ever i want to see or feel and it will happen for a short period of time then it goes away.All of a sudden when i realized what im doing my vision goes black and i kind of i guess wake back up.Im mostly relaxed when i do this so im asking how can i turn what i feel and see into i full blown dream thax

      You might want to proof-read your posts so more people would be inclined to read and answer them.

      My guess is that you're WILDing - lying still and relaxed, then letting a dream form around you. If a dream doesn't form (which it won't always will), visualize it as well as you can, taking into account the senses of touch, smell, sight, and even your auditory senses. Imagine yourself being in the scene, standing upright in a forest or a city or on the moon, whatever you want. As soon as the dream forms, touch objects and look around, forgetting about your physical body but still telling yourself that you're dreaming.
