interesting idea, let me know how it works! I usually just write RC on the back of my hand and when I see it I'm reminded to do an RC |

So every time i read about a reality check, it always reminds me that i've been forgetting to do them. I've been having alot of trouble making this a habit, so i thought up a solution. I found this little package of like 1000 little plain white stickers, for labeling a such. I posted them all around my house and on my debit card and cell phone. Basically things i use pretty constantly. And on each of them, i've drawn a little blue dot. Its a pretty unique shade of blue that i dont normally see in everyday life, so i figured this would be pretty easy to spot in a dream. Any thoughts?? |

That sounds like a good idea. What I do is I check my watch and do an RC every 15 minutes. |

See my problem is that i seem to never look at my hands, and whenever i see a clock i never remember to do it. I was just trying to think of something that would remind me anytime i went somewhere else. So i'd be doing this constantly all day. It's working pretty well so far! |

That sounds like a great idea. Now, I've just been doing them spontaneously, with surprisingly little trouble at randomly remembering. But years ago when I had LDs a lot, I set my desktop background to this 'rotating snakes' optical illusion. I'm on the computer a lot, and usually happen to be looking at my desktop background every few minutes, and I created a connection in my mind to the desktop background, so that whenever I saw it I'd do a RC. It worked really well. |
