Have you used binaural beats for LDing?

I just bought some and would like to know if you guys have any experience with them? When should I listen to them?

I emailed some scientists about this who study brainwave entrainment and the closest they have got is some experiments have shown that the gamma range, around 40 Hz has caused some people to have out of body experiences. I do use it for hypnosis purposes for auto-suggestion combined with wake back to bed. Some people here say they have used isochronic tones successfully to induce lucid dreams but I haven't tried the method they used yet. Here is the link they used, just scroll down the page to the lucid dreaming section:

      Lucid Dream Brainwave Entrainment

P.S. Isochronic tones are generally better for brainwave entrainment compared to binaural beats. Listen to them combined with the wake back to bed method.

Please click on the links below, more techniques under investigation to come soon...
