Still having trouble becoming lucid

Last week i came close but i only found a new method of exiting a dream. I realized i was dreaming and closed my eyes and looked up and i felt a shaking sensation and suddenly i was in my bed. I have a dream journal and tried several methods any body have any ideas?

Upto two thirds of people have a lucid or an OBE within two days using Michael Raduga's methods. That is a phenomenal statistic. I had a WILD on my third day and I'm starting to get regular results after I ironed out a few problems. It's worth investigating as there are a lot of stats to back up his claims.

What was your purpose in doing so? If you were trying to change the scene, try spinning around or opening a door. If you need to stabilize, then rub your hands together.

I was being chased and wanted out of the dream so i closed my eyes then i still was in the dream so i looked up and i started to wake up slowly and after a few seconds i was awake.
