BUT.... if the volume is 0, will it effect dream vividness or recall? Cause like around 6 hours of sleep the tv will be turned on so i'm wondering if that will effect recall (i don't wake up to turn it on someone else turns it on)? |

I don't know...but if you turn the volume on slightly, it can leak into your dreams, and may cause you to become lucid. |

oh..... well i heard it was BAD.... so i'm just wondering if it's bad. I could be remembering wrong though XD |

The sound of ambient noise can't make you lucid unless you're aware enough to notice it in the first place. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
