      If someone turns on the tv on while you're sleeping..........

      BUT.... if the volume is 0, will it effect dream vividness or recall? Cause like around 6 hours of sleep the tv will be turned on so i'm wondering if that will effect recall (i don't wake up to turn it on someone else turns it on)?

      I don't know...but if you turn the volume on slightly, it can leak into your dreams, and may cause you to become lucid.

      The sound of ambient noise can't make you lucid unless you're aware enough to notice it in the first place.

      As for the OP's question - I don't think it'll do anything. I've slept on the couch with the television on before, and had some pretty normal dreams.
