Ok I tried FIlD for the first time last night. I did Autosuggestion that I'd wake after my dreams and I did, I remembered about 4. I had an alarm set also for a CANWILD but I wasn't in REM while it went off so it didn't work. But I woke up quite a bit during the night (Autosuggestion win) and I figured an early REM period- I fell asleep around 10:50, woke up from a dream at 2, woke up from snouts at 3:56. So I know I have REM sometime in here, and I had a dream between 5 and 6 which 6 is when I have to wake up. So I got a rough draft of some REM schedule, should FIlD be practiced at a later REM time? Or does it matter? I tried last night at one point and I barely moved when an alarm went off, so I started getting black and white HH and I felt my breathing patterns change significantly. How close was I? Any personal experience ? |
