You can take a look at my DJ to see all the entries of recorded dreams I've had. You'll notice I've only had one lucid dream and it was very short. It did have a really cool feeling to it even though I was scared, and I REALLY want to have another. That one happened just during a nap I took because I was really tired, and I was actually giving up on attaining lucidity.

I didn't try to become lucid, but I think I was thinking about it a bit before I fell asleep. Not too sure how I actually realized I was dreaming. Now I've just been trying actual Lucid Dream techniques and hoping they work. I tried MILD and WBTB, but neither worked, but I've only tried WBTB twice and MILD once.

Based on the dreams I have recorded in my DJ, how should I go about attempting lucidity? It seems really complicated and I just don't know what I should do. I figured that because everyone is different it would be a good idea to try and ask specifically.
