Thread: Will this induce lucidity?

Well guys, I've been trying to become lucid (an ongoing trial and error) and have stumbled across something I'd like to share with you.

If you type "Lucid Dream Hypnosis," in youtube and click the first video, It shows a video which is "supposedly" suppose to induce lucidity. It shows spirals (as a method of hypnotizing the brain) with music running in the background.

It works by hypnotizing the brain by remembering the music again and again during daily activities and is supposed to pop up in your dreams as well. When it comes to you in your dreams you brain is conditioned (after watching the video clip a couple of times) to ask yourself if your dreaming, thus increasing the chances of a lucid dream.

It looks quite promising, however i wanted people to try it out also and give some feedback to whether or not it works. Looks and sounds to easy to be true.

I am also thinking of a new method using this video. However, it will be better to see the video first and tell me what you guys think, then i can share my method if someone hasn't already done so.
