      Dialogue recall?

      Hello fellow dreamers,

My dream recall has been increasing and as a result more dialogue has been noticeable. In the dreams, my dialogue with other characters and their dialogue with me is at the time very clear but as you may have guessed from the thread title, as soon as I wake up, most if not all the dialogue is gone and im left with only a faint remembrance of what was said and talked about. My question for you guys is how to recall the dialogue better? When I wake up, I always try to recall what was said but most of it is lost within seconds. Suggestions? Ideas?

How about before going to bed you try to remember conversations you had during the day?
Make conversations something that's important to you.

Hmm there is only one thing I can think of that might help: mantras! You can do mantras before bed which can be something like "I will remember conversations vividly" or "I will remember all the dialogues" or whatever you prefer. It might not work on the first day, but keep doing it. Mantras are really magical little things that can help you achieve your goals.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

You can also try to figure out what you were talking about. That usually bring the words back for me.
