Hello everyone! So, I have not had a lucid dream yet. I have been trying for months, but it's hard to do so with a busy schedule. I go to school for about 7 hours a day (not including staying after school) have homework, chores, etc. This leaves me with only a few hours of free time per day and only 6 or 7 hours of sleep. Once summer starts up again though, I plan on trying even harder.
I was wondering if there was a certain routine I could do every night for about 30-60 minutes before bed that could increase my chances of getting lucid.
Do any of you guys do this? What's your routine?
I have a vacation coming up in a week, and I plan on using the infinity software to have my first lucid dream
Is there any mp3s I could listen to? Any foods I could eat? (I'm already eating peanut butter, and it's actually giving me pretty vivid dreams. lol)
