I still haven't had my first true lucid dream.... but i have enough motivation How??? Well if you want the method to work, you'll need the following: 1a) Friends that KNOW about lucid dreaming 1b) Friends that HAVEN'T lucid dreamt 2) A heart the loves to brag THE TECHNIQUE: BIM (Bragging Induce Motivation) How: Sometime during the day (preferably before bed) think about going up to your friends and.... well.... bragging that you got your first lucid dream Then continue with you're usual technique, WILD, WBTB, MILD who cares That's all to the technique. It helps you strive to your gaol without wanting to stop.

I imagine that might work for the same reason getting yourself excited about lucid dreaming using any method would work.

Here's abit of motivation it took this guy 9 years to have a lucid dream there you go hope that made you really hopefull motivation does work because of that it took me a day to have my first ld also I got two lds that night it really made me happy it made my week.
