      Motivation

Somehow, I lack the motivation. I try RCing all the time as best as I can, but it never worked over into a dream.
I tryed WILDing a few times, it never worked and now I'm lacking the motivation. I just can't motivate me to try and WILD, or do any other technique like one of the CILDs (propabely because of some people screaming "PLACEBO LOLOLOLOL" into everything), but I want to do them. I just can't get myself to try it.

      Halp, motivate me!

Take a look in the dream journal section, and also the dream gallery. The stuff you find in there, experienced by lucid dreamers, should get you motivated.

You should probably tell yourself that well, what it comes down to, is what else do you have to do while sitting in bed waiting to fall asleep anyway? You might as well try it, at least as far as WILD'ing goes. Which I find is the method best for either un-motivated and/or lazy people.

Also, just think about how cool it would be to lucid dream.

How can you not have motivation? You motivated me to try controling it. (It's Delphinus from SPP!)

      Weekends

I find it's easier to stay motivated if you set a date and time and stick to it. For example, I'm trying to get into the habit of just recalling my dreams during the week and actually trying techniques during the weekends (or it can be any day you're free during the week).

Also, for doing RC, maybe it would work if you hid little notes all over the place? Or set an alarm on your cell phone to go off at various times throughout the day to remind you. If it happens enough, that'll probably transfer into your dreams eventually.

I know it can be hard to stay motivated, but believe me it's worth it! Plus, we you finally do have a LD, that's even more incentive to stay on track. They're just so great.

I know this kind of state. The state, when you dont want to give more energy to trying, becouse it is all so tiring and it behaves unpredictable everytime you try it.

It is as if it would move all in circles. You have to give really a big anmount of energy to break current circle and move into the circle which is higher and nearer to your goal.

I have discussed so called Churtle approach. It is something which could help you with motivation problems. And that is.
      • Behave like a turtle while you are within a circle
      • Behave like a cheetah, when you are trying to leave the circle

The goal is to break consitence, but only ,when you feel you can do it. Dont even try to think, you have the energy everyday.

So I would prepare myself two plans. Cheetah and turtle plan. Cheetah plan should be pretty an intensive one and should be time limited. This plan will move you into other dimensions of your abilities.
Turtle plan should stabilise what you learned and shouldnt be tiring. Even not doing anything could be considered a turtle plan.

And finally. Now to your question. These two programs should break repetition, which is major cause for lack of motivation and invention.
