That's right, I had my 2nd lucid dream! I am quite happy to have been lucid last night but have found that I am still not able to have full control over the dream.
Its been about 12 or 13 days since I started lucid dreaming and I've had 2 up to date. When I had my first lucid (5 days after starting) I was quite pleased. Howver a few days after I stopped lucid dreaming (don't know why) I then didn't do lucid dreaming for about a week, and just yesterday I decide I want to get back into it. That's when I had my 2nd.
Now, I realised the first time I was lucid I didn't use any technique really. Just said to myself I will be lucid and that I will be dreaming. (I didn't put much effort). The 2nd one I also decide not to put much effort, and I only said the same thing before sleepin. (Kinda like the mild technique but with minimal effort).
I then had my lucid dream. Therefore, if there are people that are having difficulty being lucid, I would suggst to take a break for 2-3 days and then on the 3rd day really convince yourself that you will be lucid that night.
I am still lacking the ability to have control over my dream and another problem with my 2 lucid dreams was that I woke up quite soon after.
