I have lots of experience using the WILD technique as for me, it is much easier than MILD, I don't know why guess it's just the im wired lol. Anyway I've always found that napping works best when doing a WILD attempt. It seems as though the time it takes for my body to enter sleep paralysis is much shorter no matter when I start napping ( usually in the afternoon) . I get what you're saying but as you have been awake for a long time you would think that the time it takes to enter REM would be almost same as going to sleep at night which I think is about 90 min. I don't know why napping and allows you to enter REM much quicker but hey so long as it's working for us I'm not complaining lol. |
