Question Best metod to enter LD during your nap?

So I decided to try LDing while napping. What should I do? Should I try normal DILD or there is another method?
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

the only reason/difference between napping and going to sleep at normal times is that napping allows for a greater success with induction techniques. You should do the technique which is right for you whether that is WILD or MILD etc napping allows you to enter REM much quicker therefore making WILD easier and cutting down on the time it takes to set your intention when performing the MILD technique. Just out of curiosity and so I may be able to help more what technique do you think will work better for you? Well whteva the technique, that is the technique you should use as you will have the best chances of success with it. I frequently use the napping technique because I can wild better than I can mild, therefore napping allows me to shorten the amount of time it takes to enter sleep paralysis and enter the lucid dream. I wish you the best of luck

Thank you very musch for your response. I don't realy like wild since you need to lay on your bed and do almost nothing for like 30 - 60 minutes, but if it produces better results, I don't mind it. Can you describe your wilding method?
