Alright, so honestly I have no idea how to use the things.

What I do know is that Delta waves are associated with deep, dreamless sleep and Theta waves are passive alertness or dreaming.

Here's what I don't know. Which waves do I listen to and when? Do I listen to Delta as I'm falling asleep and then put on some Theta when I wake up later in the night? Do I need a wave that transitions from Delta to Theta to put me to sleep and then stimulate my mind?
