Basically, on most mornings, right around 7 or 8 or so, I wake up from a dream. Then, if I can remember it, I would usually jot it down, then get back to bed. Then, with my eyes closed, I start to think about people from my school that I know, randomly, since it's summer and I haven't been seeing them lately. After a while, I would start to fall back asleep, only I could actually feel myself falling asleep. And the weird part is that sometimes I hear this loud vibrant pulsing sound inside my head. The pulsing sound will come to me, then disappear for a few seconds, then come back again in a rhythmatic kind of way. And while this happens, I stay very still and keep my eyes still, so I don't interrupt the process just in case I do wind up in a dream. So the noises come for about maybe 5 minutes or so. And then the next thing I know, I'm in a dream, usually at my high school. So can I use this to get myself to lucid dream, and if so, how can I? I haven't lucid dreamed probably in a couple years at least and I've never really hit it off, so I would really like to try it this time. Thanks!
