Sounds that may help!

Hey all,

Someone asked me a few days ago to make voice clips of different words and sayings for helping to attain lucidity with a calm voice, so I made a couple... saying things like "You're dreaming", "This is a dream", "Do a reality check", in the hopes that it would help to achieve lucidity.

So I figured if this may help anyone else I will just post it here for all and any to try

This will be useful and I will have to test them out, but after listening the only problem is there is a knock type sound right at the end.. any way to fix this?

I'm not sure, I don't quite know how to edit audio. The knock sound is because I recorded this from my laptop and clicked my mouse button to stop it, just not sure how that can be deleted out from audio.

should this be with wild/ wbtb or b4 going to sleep?

oh I have no idea, I don't use them... I made them for someone else on here who wanted them to compile a loop with, I think possibly for DILD, so that he would have a sort of subliminal thing going on while in dream?
