After couple of weeks of trial and error im pretty sure i have found the right suppliments and techniques.
Firstly i bought Galantamind (4mg Galantamine 100g Choline) and (Inositol & Choline 200mg each) and i tried it with WBTB and i ended up staying awake the whole time. Then after some research i discovered that Galantamind works if there are "Reelin" cells present, i then found out that "Reelin" is a Protein cell which gets created as a result of digestion of a amino acid called "Tryptophan".
So i then looked at the protein powder which i have for work out and that has a good amount of Tryptophan in it along with all the Vitamine Bs and B6 etc in good amounts per serve.
So then i started to take choline and sleep and wake up couple of hours and have protein shake with Galantamind, and what happened was i had 6 SP in a row as the Galantamind keeps your mind active while you sleep and the protein shake also helps in keeping you awake a little bit and i found that very usefull in inducing SP and WILD.
So then i figured maybe its better to take protein before i sleep and give it a chance to absorb and also take 1 (Inositol & Choline 200mg) which makes you even sleepier almost instantly and then wake up coupleof hours later to have Galantamind after the protein has absorbed. While i lied in bed i layed down relaxed and closed my eyes and keep repeating to my self that im dreaming while thinking about the past dreams iv had in the past week as i almost remember all, and picture my self dreaming. I set an alarm for 2 hours later and then i wake up and have 1 (Galantamind) and straight away go back to sleep. I then started expriencing very long lucid dreams by also doing RC.
iv had 4-5 Lucid dreams since 2 nights ago and each lasting an hour or more and extremly vivid.
Im sure this would work as iv been doing trial and error and taking protein, choline and galantamine at diffrent times in diffrent order, but this routine has given me excellent result. Insositol& choline is very good for your body and health, but does make you very sleepy. This also causes you to have excellent dream recal.
Its good to learn to LD without suppliments, but these suppliments have almost no side effect but you should check details foryourself before you take it.
i also believe that suppliments are very usefull for people who struggle with LD and want to get some good long exprience and get their recall up and then slowly stop taking suppliments and go from there
