Best way to attain S.P. by WBTB?

I am trying to get into a lucid dream by means of S.P. and WBTB. I managed the S.P. twice, yet I tried a few nights ago and I barely got any kind of vibration.

Is there an actual technique to S.P.? I always lie on my back or side, relax, and don't move. Is there anything else I should do?

I close my eyes too, and I visualize a simple place to appear in in my dream. I ignore itches and the urge to roll over, I don't move at all, beside the odd jaw movement or finger twitch.

From what i have read DEILD. when you wake up don't move a muscle, and you will go into SP in like 10-30 seconds.

DEILD is easiest when you wake up from a lucid (because in the dream, you know you're going to wake up, so you can prepare to be motionless). It is a good method if you can teach yourself to not move after waking up from any dream, although it can take a few days to get right.

Try letting your mind wander a bit, but don't let it get away from you - keep some attention on your body but don't think about how you aren't moving. Instead, imagine your body doing different things, like throwing a frisbee or something; don't imagine whole scenes but just imagine how the movements will look and feel like. That helped me get into SP.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
