Hey everybody. I read this technique in some E-book I found on google. This is it, but in my own words.
Auto Suggestion
-Lay in bed, quiet your mind - Enjoy the feeling of relaxation.
-Tell yourself " I will wake up in 3 hours, barley gaining lucidity"
-Allow yourself to feel a sense of urgency, as if you absolutely mustget up at that time, the same urgency you might feel if you were afraid of being late to work, or an important meeting, if you were to oversleep.As you repeat the suggestion over and over in you mind, visualize yourself waking up at the time intended- pretend you are waking up and realize what it will be like.
-As you drift off to sleep, just remember, YOU WILL WAKE UP.
-This may take a few times to get, but with anything, you need to practice 
After you wake up
-Once you realize you have woken up at the time intended, become aware of your body and your breathing.
-Focus mainly on exhailing, expect SP to set in on the next few breaths.
Once SP sets in
-Wait in SP for a while, relaxed, but aware.
-Wait for vibrations to occur.
-once vibrations have set in, focus on different parts of your body, notice how the vibrations intensify on the focused area.
-"will yourself out of your body"
ENJOY THE LUCID!
Would this work? I'm going to be trying it for a while.
