Do reality checks throughout the day and try to be aware of things going on. If you can be aware all day long, then you should be able to LD every night, but being aware all day long is very very hard to do! |

I have 6 nights worth of 3-4 dreams in my journal. The amount and variety seems to be increasing each night. My first night was just sitting in a cafe looking at a water spillage on the table, last nights was 3 different games where random stuff happened and 2 about 2 different tv show characters. |

I forgot to include that; I reality check everytime I think of it, which is about 1-2 times an hour, maybe more. |

I like WBTB, newbie or not. |
|
---o--- my DCs say I'm dreamy.
WBTB is hard when you have to get up at 6 for school. |
|
It sounds like you are on the right track. 3:30-4:00 seems to be your magic time. Try to wake around 4:00 am, even if it is only for a few minutes. Remind yourself that the next thing you see will be a dream, and fall back to sleep. You don't need a full, lengthy WBTB. This will hugely improve your chances. |
|
Yeah since you have to get up at 6, do a WBTB combined with MILD, i think that would be good. Say something like, "In 10 minutes I will reality check." |

I... don't have to get up at 6. I don't think I ever mentioned that.. lol. |

ADA - all day awareness. Check out KingYoshis DILD guide, trust me - it works if your diligent. |
|
I tried all day awareness at around 11 o clock today when I thought of it. |
|
Don't give up. Once you get better at it, it will become a habit and you will barely even have to think about it! |

If you keep practicing it you will get better at it, it really is a wonderfull technique. In the beginning, you'll probably have to practice in your spare time, but it'll get natural after a while. |
