What is the diffrence between "Wild, Dild, etc" techniques

Are they just techniques or do they have a seperate effect?

There are just two techniques, WILD and DILD, the rest are sub-techniques if you want to call them something, for example, MILD helps with DILD, DEILD is a shorter version of WILD, and so on.
