      Talking my dream "restore" technique

      so last night when i hade my lucid i was trying to summon my friend jason. well when i did i saw a blast of smoke appear out of no where and then the dream got fuzzy i quickly thought to close my eyes and spin. this works very well it restored my vividness very good. happy lucids peeps.

      Sure, you will wake up if that's what you think will happen but I can open/close my eyes in a dream just fine because I know that I will not wake up. Dream control is based on expectations, if you really believe that somethig will happen, then it will.

      I agree with the spinning, but the eye-closing is definitely a risk. It can wake you up, especially if the reason you're closing them is to increase stability. If it's not stable you might end up waking up...
