A few years ago, I was really interested in dreams, so I started keeping a dream journal and checking reality by looking at my hands. Keeping the journal was the hardest part for me, since I typically have a hard time doing anything immediately after waking up, so I didn't really learn to much from it. I got in control of a few dreams, but it was nothing consistent.

Now that I have some more free time for summer, I'd like to try it again. Any suggestions on good schedules, routines, and whatnot I can do daily to increase my chances of having more lucid dreams?
