      DEILD Q'zeez

So I finally woke up after a dream without moving but then realized I had no idea what to do next?... Do you just fall back asleep? Or What?

Whenever you do this, like you said, you just don't move. With me it happens pretty much instantaneously so i don't have time to think, just lay there and visualize of the dream you just woke up, it should happen pree quick though, usually i see dreamlet things without even trying, and i just appear somewhere xD

After you wake up, stay as still as possible. Even moving a single muscle a tiny bit can mess up the technique.
