      Isochronic Tones

      Most of the lucid dream world is familiar with the new "isochronic tones" technology.. Now what I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS.. Do we enter sleep paralyis while listening to them?? Or do we just go to sleep while listening to them?? Cause there's a difference between trying to enter sleep paralyis and just going to sleep while listening to the isochronic tones.. Take Care.

      They are to aid you to lucid dream by producing frequencys which are similar to the stage of lucidity that you aim to go.
      Let me stress aid, because its not going to do all the work for you : )
      Also it doesnt work for everyone!
