I was going to make some isochronic tones to help me lucid dream, but have a few questions. firstly, what frequency should I have them at. Should I start in beta, then drop to delta gradually, then after enough time that I should be sleeping, switch to theta? Secondly, I have heard that they work better than binaural beats, but there seems to be a lot more talk about binaural beats than isochronic tones around here, which actually works better? Thanks in advance for any help. |

I know I can get free ones online, but I am interested in making my own, and with how they work. If anyone could answer my questions, i would appreciate it. |

Someone already made a beta-delta-theta beat on this forum but I can't seem to find the thread. But yes, that would be the most appropriate way to create a lucid dreaming isochronic tones. It hasn't really been proven, but isochronic tones are better than binaural beats for the most part. Binaural beats are better at creating the delta frequency compared to isochronic tones and monaural beats. |

Thank you. I wonder why binaurals are better for delta frequencies, very strange. Well, time to go make beta-delta-theta beat. |
