Perhaps, but I don't (in my case for sure) listening to my voice over and over would be the best way to get to sleep. |

Will it really work when I voice record a mantra and hear it over and over again on a voice recorder to lucid dream? |

While its true that our hearing never really falls asleep , our ability to understand abstract ideas, like language, does. I would give it a try. What can it hurt? |

Give it a try. It might help you. I've never had much luck with subliminal messages, but everyone is different. Just taking the time and attention to make the recording will probably help you become lucid. |

Will it be possible for voice recorder to work to lucid dream? |

How would you use the voice recorder. I use one to record my dreams. If you mean using a voice recorder to wake you up at night that could work. I used one like that for months and it never worked for me, but I know someone who it does work for |

I've merged the two threads; please don't make different ones asking the same question. You'll get answers, just be patient. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
