Is there anything you saw here that could possibly help with lucid dreaming? I'm referring to the suggestion and how it was performed.

It is true, as a matter of self-protection and evolution, our hearing never quite goes to sleep. We can quite literally hear in our sleep and incorporate things we are sensing into our dreams. This particular video seems a little 'out there' to me, however. The simple act of walking requires some frontal lobe activity (even for sleep walkers). It might be true... I'm just a little skeptical. Nice post, however!

Well I was wondering if there were any elements to what happened that could be used by us. Such as the words and instructions uttered to us while we dream, or waking up and telling ourselves what we dreamed of.
Just something I found, thought there might be something in it we could take away and use.

At first I was thinking, "This is the making of a porno lol"

Now I see that false awakenings can be very powerful.
