Thread: What Have You Learned?

I'm just curious, I'd just like to know what you've learned from your dream guides. I met mine briefly, but I haven't been lucid in a while, so I haven't had the chance to speak to him.

Oh, and if there are any other random bits of useful knowledge you'd like to share, that would also be pretty great. And it doesn't actually have to be something knowledgy, but maybe something you've noticed about your dreams or dream characters, or whatever. Yeah, let's just make this sharing time.

Here, I'll share something:

The few times that I've become lucid I've noticed a couple of things. First off, there's always ice or snow, second, my dream characters are extremely innocent-like, but they understand their existence. For example, I saw my mother in a dream, and I asked her if she knew that she was only part of my dream, she said she knew this, and that she tried not to think about it because it makes her sad. A couple others have said something similar. I know that they're only reflections of me, but, still... I'm not like that, at least in the way I perceive myself, I guess.

Oh, and also, I'm trying to find a control center, or library. I saw the doors to what I think is my control center, I've yet to actually open them. I wonder if I'll meet a secretary of some sort.
