In what situations (School-wise) should I do reality checks?

      I was thinking about this:

      -Walking to the bus stop
      -Getting on the bus
      -Arriving at school
      -Going to my locker
      -Getting in 1st period
      -Getting in 2nd period
      -Getting in 3rd period
      -Getting in 4th period
      -Getting in 5th period
      -Going to lunch
      -Getting in 6th period
      -Getting in 7th period
      -Getting in 8th period
      -Getting on the bus
      -Getting off the bus

So I was thinking I should do reality checks when I do each of these things. Why you ask? Because school is in pretty much all my dreams. Unfortunately in my dreams it isn't a reoccurring dream sign but it always has something to do with school.

Mentally equate school with dreams. Whenever you think of school, do an RC. Just my 2¢.
More on-topic, whenever you see something strange or your teacher teaches something that doesn't seem obvious or correct, or when you have a sub, you should RC. A better idea though would be to identify specifically which aspects of school are reoccurring. Arrival? Mention? Classes? Class transitions?

I don't usually think, therefore I mostly am not.

Likewise, you cant teach some one who looks for facts to have faith in the absence of facts.

Which out of those list do you tend to dream about the most? That's when you should do reality checks. If you dream about each of them the same I would just say once on the bus, once a period, and once during lunch. Good luck!

I think what kooky mentioned is especially helpful. The reality check needs to be used as your back up to your question of whether you are in reality or not. Whenever you encounter strange situations or dream signs you should do an RC. Its great thing to get into the habit of doing.

Remember that this shouldn't be done automatically and just passing it off, it needs to be done where you question your reality. Some people just reality check without thinking about it and when they have a dream they just pass it off in their dreams.
