reality checks and mindfull consideration of the physical environment and situation, |

I am free
I've got my standard reality checks covered with the android reminder (as well as whenever I think about it). And I've got the Mindful Consideration pretty much covered as well during the 1 minute of full awareness. I really try to be fully aware, and question if it's reality. Not necessarily doing reality checks (although I do), but more so trying to look around, and prove to myself why it is not a dream...not proving that it is one. So I guess the assumption is that it is a dream, and I only am convinced otherwise when I can prove it to myself. I think going the other way may be harder, and one can miss a dream sometimes. I think you have to get deeper into questioning reality, and truely believe that it could be a dream to do this right. With dreams that I have had, I could definitely be dreaming right now...wait a second |

Visualization is very important. MILD is powerful if you practice it for steady regular time. Imagine yourself getting lucid and hold on to the image of that happening. In a way, you're brain will never forget about that, but the stronger the reminder is, more chances you will remember to check for lucidity in a dream. |

When you reality check, imagine what you would do if it was a dream. Try to visualize your reality check failing, and the lucid dream progressing from there. It is like daytime MILD. |
|
That's a good way to incorporate the visualizations, thanks. |

Visualize, visualize, visualize. Oh, did I mention visualizing? |

That's the point. To overload on it all. It's not an everyday type of thing. Say you have nothing, or little to do one day (maybe once a week, or once every other week, or even for a few days straight if you can handle it), and you want to just bombard your mind and body with whatever you can to encourage lucid dreams. |

Could be a good thing to practice only on weekends or whenever, but do it for the whole day as much as you can. Nice idea. |

......
This is what I do now, really strengthens my MILDing, I had five lucid dreams last week when used with WBTB. So I really advocate MILD as the best lucid dream induction, afterall, Laberge says once he developed it he used it to have lucid dreams at will |
