Tried To Move the Real Body too :/

      Okay, I haz a problem.

I went to bed pretty late, but I still put my alarm to WILD. Said a mantra a few times just so I can practise MILD in the same day. After quite some time, my alarm woke me up (I realized I always talk with myself about something before my alarm wakes me up, and just then I gain consciousness). I was too tired and I wanted to get sleep so I just didn't take the opportunity.

After I layed down in bed again, I had a dream. I met one of my best internet friends and was driving in a car with him (funny thing, but I never saw his face in the dream; we were constantly talking though). Then I realized this couldn't be possible because he lives on the other side of the word and became lucid. And now the problem started. I tried to move in my LD, but I also tried to move my real body, and I couldn't (SP probably?). This led to a failure as the dream vanished and I couldn't move. I opened my eyes :/

Now, I worry this might happen to me again, as I tried to move both bodies in the same time. Any tips on how to solve this? I mean, I just ruined a perfect opportunity to LD...

You answered your own question in your first sentence. =\

You weren't in a deep enough sleep; you were too awake. Go to bed earlier, or at least give yourself more time to sleep before your alarm goes off.

You obviously weren't in your REM cycle. Set your alarm to wake you up between 4 - 6 hours after you plan on going to sleep.

I set it, but this wasn't during a WILD, it was just a dream, I don't know at which moment did I have it.
