I decided last night to try to MILD because ive never tried it before. I was up pretty late so when i started saying "i will have a lucid dream tonight" i fell asleep after only saying it about 5 times. In the dream everything was all twirly and i saw my dog and my room twisted and upside down so i said clarity and it went black, then i was in my room alone. I have 2 questions about this though. |

It is definitely worth trying a technique for longer than 3 weeks. Especially MILD can take a bit longer to settle. That being said, you tried it and had immediate succes, plus you've had succes with it before. I don't think there is a need to worry about it not being effective, that can only have a negative effect on the results. But yes, with MILD I certainly recommend testing it for more than 3 weeks. |

I believe it counts as a lucid or semi lucid. I mean, you shouted the word Clarity, right? Didn't you do that because you knew you were dreaming? |
