      Third Person Lucidity

Is there any way to start having your dreams in the first person? Mine all seem to be in the third person, I'm just watching from a distance. I don't understand how I can become lucid when I'm not actually anything.

      Thanks.

Isnt that a great dreamsign? Whenever your in third person, something that isnt physical impossible you are in fact dreaming. Even when you feel you are in third person, you as the observer can become lucid. Try to implement that into your RC. To check if you are third og first person.

Do you actually control yourself in third person (like you're playing tombraider or something), or do you just like see a movie with you in it? I find sometimes, I'm just an observer in a dream that I'm not in.

Its either one or the other. For me it varies between those two and 1st person where i am in control

As for 3rd person...well..i find it harder to gain lucidity because i dont feel like i am part of the dream and i am just watching-not feeling, experiencing, anything. Im not really sure how you get more 1st person dreams. I suppose IRL you could fix your reality checks to focus in making sure that you're not in 3rd person or to check what POV you're in.

      FIRST PERSON!

I prefer first person ld, and i always get lucid in third person anyway. but you could try thinking that you are having a OBE experience and that you want to reenter your body. i havnt tried this, but its worth trying! like pretend like your a spirit or something and that you can go back into your body at any time. im not sure if this will work, but if you try it let me know how it turns out!
