      Lucid Success Method 1

I experimented this method 3 times after the first time i was getting positive outcomes from this technique.

Step 1 - As you lay down on your bed put your right hand up at a 90 degree angle parallel to the ceiling and repeat "I am becoming aware that I am dreaming." until you fall asleep.

Step 2 - After you repeated that text many times you will begin to doze off and when you fall asleep your hand will fall to your side causing you to wakeup. After you wake up repeat that method 2 more times, then repeat the above text and go to sleep as you normally would. I promise you will fall into a lucid dream.

How does this work??? : The concept is simple as you fall asleep each time your triggering your mind to understand what you are repeating for that everytime you fall asleep and you repeat something your mind will eventually wounder into another thought causing your mind to completely forget what you were repeating. This method trains and programs your mind to concentrate on one thought. Eventually your mind will understand that when you are falling asleep you will recall that last thought your mind contained before your last awakening.

      Good luck!

I'll give it a shot tonight.

[Edit: Nothing but what I think was a false awakening. How the heck do you fall asleep with your arm up like that?]
Which leads to the ultimate question:
What would happen if one were eating hot soup with a potential spoon while sitting on a non-existent fence?

couldn't seem to fall asleep with the hand in the air, even as tired as i was. I tried to get closer to sleep and then raise it, but I fell asleep the first time, then woke up an hour and a half later and tried again, and just couldn't fall asleep. I'll keep trying though.
