I was about to post about the same issue. I've recently been dedicating alot of time into lucid dreaming, I would go to bed trying so hard that I would end up in a meditative state not being able to sleep. I feel the vibrations through my body, and a numbness in my limbs, but it seems like SP never comes. I wouldn't be able to sleep until I got up and moved, or rolled over off my back.
The first night, I did a WBTB and tried to wild, sat in this state for 2 hours, woke up and went back to sleep only to find myself floating out of my bed in my room. I couldn't move my dream body at all, but could see my dream room, the first time I hit the ground and instantly ended up back in bed. The second time I was on the floor and when I tried to move it moved my real body and I woke up and had hell trying to get back to sleep.
Last night, I randomly got out of bed and knew it was a dream. I would take a step or 2 and end up in the same motion of getting out of bed. I tried to increase my senses by smelling and hearing but this didn't work at all. For some reason I didn't even think to start feeling around. This continued for 4 times then I ended up be fully awake in my bed. Still numb in the limbs but, I've never really felt SP before so I couldn't tell if this was or not, It seemed like my legs were paralyzed by my arms weren't. I sat in this state for about 30 minutes then decided to get up so I could try and go back to sleep.
I've been having sleeping issues for the past 5 or so nights, it's been very difficult to get to sleep, it seems I just end up in this meditative state and just sit there for hours.
