If you have the time, stay up for 2 hours then go back to sleep. That's Stephen LaBerge way of WBTB, but if you don't have that luxury stay up for 5-15 minutes and then go back to sleep using whatever method you like. |

In the few, but memorable Lucid Dreams ive achieved, my hands were always my "wake-up" tool-letting me know i was in a dream. I've just gotten back into Lucid Dreaming, and have read people set an alarm clock to wake up in the middle of REM sleeping. So super early morning. If i fall asleep by 12-1 a.m, can i set my cellphone to a 5 or 6 a.m alarm? Do i need the alarm? Do i go right back to sleep? I can recall about 2-3 dreams a night, getting better as i'm now more focused. I just need help getting myself to look at my hands again. Thought the alarm technique might work. Suggestions? |
