      Need A Few Suggestions.

      Hello, Iam having some difficulties here. I have been able to go lucid twice.first one I was unable to control and it turned to a nightmare. the second time I went lucid I was playing with my dog...stopped and then was able to fly up above my house. Since then I have not been able to go lucid. I have pretty good dream recall I just cant get to the point of saying "hey im dreaming" .....I feel as if a door in my mind has just been shut and locked because it was so easy the first two times now I cant get anything goin.... any siggestions?

      Believe with all your might its an easy thing to achieve! If it was easy at the start I don't see why it wouldn't be after... tough you can always try the basics again if you want to <.<

      Exactly... Lucid Dreaming is in your mind and it's controlled by you. My point being the only reason you can't do something in a dream (like becoming lucid) is because you don't think you can. Don't doubt yourself... You can do it! Hehe. Autosuggestion is great to reaffirm your powers.

      Welcome to Dreamviews. Just know that you can have lucid dreams. I mean, you already did it. You dont doubt that you can walk tomorrow because you walked around easily yesterday Its pretty much the same.

      yeah i dont know whats goin on cause I have such good recall. maybe two or three different dreams a night cause I wake up alot. I dunno...Im not givin up I go to bed each night tellin myself ill get there again.
