      how should you use autosuggestion? How should you say it in your mind

      im triyng to deild so im telling myself to not move after a dream. Now when you say the mantra in your head should it be laid back and only a few times or consistenly over and over again till you fall asleep or maybe some other way please tell me how?

      I would say consistently.
      But dont let the meaning of your words escape you. You have to mean what you're saying everytime you're saying it. otherwise they will just become words and your mantras wont work.

      BTW, i love your avatar, something about it made me laugh!

      It helps if you say it during day, but I believe it's most effective, if you say it in the state between awake and asleep - just as you falling asleep. At first I whisper it until i get tired and then just think it in my mind.

      Meditate before you do it, let your ego drift away, let your mind be free and don't let thoughts flood you. Let it all go. Then let go of letting go. Then once you feel it is right, tell yourself whatever that comes out of your mouth now (for your mantra) is 10 times more powerful than what it would normally be because you put in time and effort in "reaching" this concentrated/relaxed state.
      It works for me.
