Hiya, Everyone... I'm gonna try to make this simple.... I'm stuck. I don't know what techniques to do anymore... I mean.... I use to be able to find success, But now, I'm just stuck and I don't know what to do anymore... I don't know which technique to try... Because.. I feel like I have the ability to lucid dream by natural ability... But then, there is another side of me that says I don't, and that I should try a technique. I don't know what to do anymore, guys, Please help me. Please shine some light on my situation...Some advice... anything........

Well you wont know until you try now will you if you have had lucid dreams before then you already know you have the ability to do so. Even if its not natural, you can still achieve it. The best way to pick a technique would be to decide what kind of effort you are willing to put forth. Techniques like DEILD, MILD, and WILD will require you to wake up through the night in order to make attempts. If you dont seem like that kind of person you might be better off practicing DILD. You have to feel it out but whichever you try, be sure to stay consistent and positive. Patience and time is what it takes to attain the skill of lucid dreaming, but anyone can do it
