"There is no spoon, but there's a fork over there if you need it."
That is exactly what happens to me when I WILD. My body starts free floating just like in that picture, although I'm usually laying on my stomach. As it floats higher it puts the feeling of increasing pressure on my neck. Quite uncomfortable but endurable. When my body has rotated about 90 degrees upward I just use a strong intention to force my dream body to move under my control and continue that rotation. My body seems to know at that point that it is moving into a position that it can't actually be in without serious damage to the neck so my head breaks free from the pillow. This allows me to complete the rotation and land on my feet in a dream. This also works if I'm floating horizontally instead of vertically. 90 degrees of rotation seem to be the critical point where you can start forcing your dream body to move. |

I'm glad to hear I'm not alone. So basically I should focus on the idea of "flipping myself over" so that I eventually look like this in order to break free? |

Also, how do I separate this from having an OBE? I mean, once I break free, how do I Lucid Dream? |
